1) Scope of Services

Home Assist Membership (primary service). Provides on-demand guidance for home projects, file review, Q&A, and access to member resources. This is the Company’s primary subscription service.

Design Packages (secondary services). One-time deliverables:

Essential: Baseline layout planning.
Professional: Layout plus lighting and electrical suggestions.
Premium: Professional package plus added refinement and detail.

Note: Outputs are design suggestions only. They are not architectural or engineering stamped drawings and do not replace professional approvals where required.

2) Eligibility and Use

You must be 18 years or older and able to enter into contracts.
You agree to provide accurate project information.
Services are for your personal property projects and lawful purposes only.

3) Billing, Term, and Cancellation

Home Assist (subscription). Recurring billing continues until canceled. Access remains through the end of the paid term. Proration is not offered.

Packages (one-time). Essential, Professional, and Premium are paid in full at checkout.

Refunds. No refunds are offered once package delivery has begun or a new subscription billing cycle starts, unless required by law.

4) Deliverables and Timing

We may request clarifications, measurements, or photos before work begins.
Delivery windows are estimates. Delays do not create liability or refund rights.
We may decline or refund projects at our discretion.

5) Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate measurements and project details.
Obtain permits and approvals, and comply with building codes.
Consult licensed contractors and professionals before construction.
You control contractor selection, methods, and safety at your project site.

6) Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, layouts, and digital materials remain the property of Snap Plan Designs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for one property you own or control. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution is prohibited.

7) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No warranty of accuracy, code compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Recommendations depend on the information you provide and may not reflect hidden site conditions.

8) Limitation of Liability

All services are provided solely by Snap Plan Designs LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. Members, managers, and employees of the LLC have no personal liability. The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, contractor errors, construction defects, injuries, or delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days prior to a claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Plan Designs LLC, its members, managers, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your data, or site conditions.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. For subscriptions, termination normally takes effect at the end of the paid term unless otherwise specified for cause.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Venue lies exclusively in state or federal courts located in LaPorte County, Indiana.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance.

13) Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment details.

14) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any order confirmations and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement and supersede prior discussions or understandings.
