By subscribing to Snap Plan with Home Assist, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership and Eligibility

   • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership.

   • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

2. Billing and Payment

   • Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.

   • You authorize Snap Plan to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.

   • If payment fails, service may be suspended until billing details are updated.

3. Use of Services

   • Services are provided solely for personal use by members.

   • Unauthorized use, including attempts to access administrative systems, may result in termination.

4. Cancellations

   • You may cancel at any time through your Member Dashboard.

   • Cancellations stop future billing but do not generate prorated refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

   • Snap Plan with Home Assist is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

   • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers

   • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Changes to Terms

   • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service.

   • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
