Our Promise to You

At Snap Plan Designs, we provide layout planning services and Home Assist membership support. We are committed to delivering professional documents and resources based on the information you provide. If you are dissatisfied with your layout plan, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will offer one complimentary revision or adjustment.

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • ✅ One complimentary revision (included with each package as outlined).
  • ✅ Delivery of your plan within the timeframe stated (5-7 business days, or priority if selected).
  • ✅ Home Assist dashboard access and messaging support while your membership is active.
  • ✅ Plan layouts that meet general planning standards, based on your information.

What’s Not Covered

Limitations apply to both design services and Home Assist membership:

  • ❌ Local building code compliance, zoning approval, engineering stamps, or architectural review.
  • ❌ Permitting rejections due to municipal rules not disclosed at the time of planning.
  • ❌ Errors or delays caused by unclear, incomplete, or inaccurate customer-provided information.
  • ❌ Contractor performance, construction work, safety issues, or third-party actions.
  • ❌ Refunds after delivery of services or access to membership, except in cases of non-delivery.

Home Assist Membership

The Home Assist membership provides digital access to planning support, a member dashboard, and communication with our team. It does not replace licensed professional services. Membership is billed monthly. Access ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment. Snap Plan Designs reserves the right to revoke access for misuse, abuse of services, or violation of these terms.

Legal Terms & Liability

All services, designs, and membership resources are for informational and planning purposes only. We are not architects, engineers, contractors, or legal advisors. You are solely responsible for verifying all documents, designs, and advice with licensed professionals before using them for construction or permitting.

By purchasing a layout plan or Home Assist membership, you agree to hold Snap Plan Designs harmless from any claims, damages, disputes, injuries, or losses that may arise from use of our services, including but not limited to construction outcomes, code compliance, contractor actions, or reliance on any information provided.

Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, communications, and digital content created by Snap Plan Designs remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
