For any homeowner who wants practical help: finishing spaces, mounting fixtures, selecting layouts or materials, checking if an idea looks right, or getting a second opinion. Ask for reviews of sketches, photos, or plans and for step-by-step guidance tailored to your context. We provide conceptual guidance and markups; we do not issue stamped drawings.
3) How fast are responses?
Typical replies are within 24–48 hours on business days. Larger reviews can take longer; we confirm timing up front.
4) How do I cancel or pause?
Manage renewal from your account’s subscription area. Cancel anytime to stop the next billing cycle. Request a pause via your dashboard message.
5) How do I access the dashboard?
Log in with the email used at checkout, then open the Member Dashboard. Post questions and upload files in your thread.
6) What files can I upload?
Supported: JPG, PNG, PDF. Include measurements, context, and specific questions for the fastest help.
7) Are membership outputs permit-ready?
No. Membership guidance and markups are conceptual. Verify requirements with your local authority and consult licensed professionals before building.
8) Do you offer refunds?
Membership renewals are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
9) Can contractors use it?
Yes. Share project context in your dashboard so we can reply in one place and keep homeowners and contractors aligned.
10) How does the membership differ from one-time plans?
- Membership: ongoing Q&A, uploads, iterative feedback, and practical next-step guidance.
- One-time plans: a fixed deliverable PDF plan with at least one revision. See packages for inclusions.
11) Privacy and data handling?
Uploads are used only to provide service. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data. Remove or blur anything you do not want stored.
