Refund & Return Policy (Including UPS Returns)

Snap Plan with Home Assist primarily provides digital membership services. Because of the nature of our offerings, most purchases are not eligible for returns. However, we set out the following policy for transparency:

Digital Services and Memberships

All membership fees (Essential, Professional, Premium, or other tiers) are non-refundable once billed.

Memberships provide immediate access to services; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for partial or unused portions of a billing cycle.

Physical Goods and Promotional Items

If a physical item is shipped as part of a promotion or bundle, it may be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you must contact support@snapplan.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped via UPS with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7β10 business daysafter the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet the above conditions.
