All sales are final. "Snap Plan Designs LLC" creates and delivers digital design plans and membership content only. We do not perform physical labor or in-home work.

Mandatory consumer rights apply if required by law.

No refunds

  • Digital products, memberships, and services are non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • Taxes, processing, or subscription fees are non-refundable.

What we will do

  • Ensure your member dashboard and digital downloads remain accessible.
  • Replace broken links or corrupted files promptly.
  • Provide reasonable support to resolve technical or access issues.
  • Offer courtesy resolutions such as account credit at our discretion (not guaranteed).

Chargebacks

Please contact us first for resolution. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery of related fees.

Memberships

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through your account.
  • No prorated or partial refunds are issued.
